Well Christmas down in San Diego with the family was great overall. Saw old friends, family and met with old business contacts. weather was great as usual for San Diego and its too bad I didn't stay long enough to celebrate New years down there. Going back to San Diego just for those few days though made me realize how much of a shit hole southern California still is ,. The people that is. In my Six months living in Portland Oregon, the people as a whole have been more courteous and friendly than down in the south. I'm convinced that the great weather in SD is simply a lure to bring more and more people in without them realizing how much a traffic backed up fuck fest it really is. Like a miniature LA. plus its an arm and a leg to live to live with california's expenses and every year it seems fires and thugs bring the whole state down to its knees. People complain about the weather in P Oregon but I sure as hell find the people a hell of a lot cooler and I don't see bars over people's windows around here like I do down there. ...
