Some people need to have their asses beat. I stopped at a Timmy Ho's to garb a cooffe and when I cam out there was a van running beside my car and nobody was in it. I just thought "Wow, people still haven't learned." I then say something that made me sick. There was a baby in car seat, in an unlocked, running van! Now I know it is only Victoria and it is a short amount of time, but all it takes seconds. I just can't believe that anyone would actually do that in this day and age.
