shed tears
asleep

thorns plucked
stems thrown aside
scarlet drops flow
her eyes true
her frame in b&w
i'm not alone,
knowing this song
the hurt
the pain
the pleasure
propitious
red diamonds
from her doe eyes
i catch them
pigment for my canvass
repose
blessed
