love not war;
make love not war,
without love it's no different than war,
selfserving, no regard for the other,
collateral damage, often,
too.
lions and lambs lie down together,
we're told,
promised;
when?
'Some day we're overcome,' yes I know
love is a useless word as a noun,
when a verb, it is true;
why not call things as they are?
war = killing and wanton murder
love making = most often sex without love
(not that there's anything wrong with that;
just be honest with what it is)
collateral damage = people in the way of your plans
(kill them, murder them, snub them, ignore them =
those people or species we don't give a damn about
unless they serve our purpose)
hatred = choice to not love
love = choice to not hate and to go beyond myself
synergy = where your 'I' and my 'I' count more than for two I's
here is love
here is poetry
here is
love not war?
'War! What's it good for?'
'Absolutely nothing!'
Oh yes it is:
for the ends of political leaders,
and those who need an excuse to kill their own species.
...then there's the hunting of other species...
