Wells, i quit my job today.
Basiclly it was the most demening thing i have ever done in my life. Selling people insurance desigsed as "enquiries".
What i did was ring up buisnesses and ask if they had insurance, if not...try and get them to book an appointment with one of our consultants. If we didnt get at leat 4 appointments booked per day then we were rediculed in front of the enitre office.
My boss coildnt understand why i wasnt getting any of these appointments (maybe because the people i was ringing knew i was full of shit?) and had people every day listening in to what i was saying to these companies. Was i doing anything wrong? Nope. Did he pick at every little detail as if how i said hello was to make a difference? Yes.
I had enough, i couldnt do it, im not cut out for that type of shit. So i left.
Back on the job market...yippie.
On a happier note, my boy gets here in about 15 days now. Which will be so lovely, i cannot descibe

Condolences.. I could have had a job doing similar shit but I refused it on the basis that I have a soul. Congrats on giving the finger to the man though!
