Last week was RYLA week once again except this time, im a director. I experienced all the same things as last time, sleep deprivation, excellent food, great friendships, warm fuzzies, chocolate, fart and bum jokes and a catch phrase that will stay with us for a while. "YOU know, Balls?"
I met so many wonderful people and i wish i could have my fellow directors again to tell me im not being stupid and no, i dont smell bad. But that top does not go with that skirt. It was an amazing experience to be a director this time and although i didnt feel a tight bond with the awardees i did make a tight bond with my fellow directors, most of which i knew already (1 being my best friend and another being my boyfriend, one i used to work with and the other three i knew really well but not on the same level i do now)
Im filled with so much enthusiasm to get things right in my life. Both in work and personal things. Friends, family and my wonderful fella. I could not hope for anything better. Im such a lucky person to be able to have them and not regret losing what i have.
Did you think that i would get all this from one week of being with strangers? I seriously think that anyone who wants this should go. Should experience this feeling of...i really cant explain it. But you all should, dont be afraid and just go for it. It wont let you down. It'll be on again next year for all those people living in adelaide, i will be there but i can work around that.
I just wont talk to you. 
Oh and today, i went to bunnings and bought two plants for my room. A lucky bamboo and a nice leafy birdsnest. So, im tidying my room and packing all my ryla stuff away and going to make it all homely.

I only have one houseplant...I think it's called "Pearl Necklace" or some other really embarrassing name that has clearly come to mean something else over the years. It looks like green peas on a vine and when I was little I thought that that was where peas came from!
