ok. according to Terrakotta i'm supposed to list 20 things about me. is this like one of those ice breaker games you play when you're with a bunch of new people? this may be kind of hard because i'm the type of guy that doesn't really like talking about himself. ok here goes.
1. i grew up in a very abnormally normal family. mom, dad (never divorced) two kids and a dog in suburbia
2. i lost my mom to breast cancer when i was 19, she was only 56.
3. i have been living with the same two roommates for four years and they are two of my closest friends. (although sometimes i can't stand them)
4. (until recently) i have not dated for five years.
5. i taught myself to play bass by listening to Jane's Addiction and trying to figure out the basslines (eric a is still one of my all time favorite bassists)
6. the more i learn about astrology the more i believe that it's not all bullshit
7. i went to catholic school for 13 years, and now i don't consider myself catholic
8. i've been to three different colleges and haven't recieved a degree from any of them.
9. i have over 900 cd's and spend a lot of time looking at them and complaining that i have nothing to listen to
10. my family went to ireland a few years ago to see where my ancestors were from and i was able to see the cemetary that some of them are burried in, and drank a pint of guinness in the same pub my great great grandfather used to drink in (and yes guinness does taste better in ireland)
11. i had a tattoo for almost two years before my dad found out (he still doesn't know about the peircings)
12. almost all of my closest friends are taller than me.
13. there was a time in my life when i seriously considered committing suicide (but i'm feeling much better now)
14. i have worn glasses since junior year of high school, and never had any interest in wearing contacts or getting that lasic surgery.
15. i have very flat feet. my legs hurt all way up to my knees when i have to stand for long periods of time.

16. the last time i moved it was only two miles down the street.
17. one of my closest friends in high school had multiple personalities and i was the only one that knew
18. i lost my virginity to one of my best friends in high school and it changed our friendship completely
19. most of my friends are women, and the friends i have that are guys are either gay or very non-masculine
20. i have tried most major illegal drugs (most of them only once) except crack and heroin.
