Not sure what to type about this week. Mostly uneventful. Kind of depressing, but not overwhelmingly. So far... Hope I make it to the weekend without the shit overtaking me.

The weekend will be more interesting. I should be in Ann Arbor Friday at The Ark to see Jo Serrapere and the Willie Dunns. She's an old friend and I haven't seen her in way too long. It will be good to hang out with old friends. Saturday is the Dream Cruise so I'll be fleeing to the Ren Faire. Might go back on Sunday. Depends on what's going on and if I feel up to it. I plan on getting an annual pass so I can just run out there any day I want. With the beamer on the road it is a lot easier to just go places.

The open mic is pretty good again this week. A lot of seasoned regulars and a few newbe's that aren't all that bad. Give them time. They all have shown a lot of potential so far.

Like I said.. Not a lot to type about... I'm leaving this weeks disaster off the journal till I have a handle on how bad it's going to get and how fast. The bus might get more use this year than I thought!

Remember, it's not all ice cream and roses, but we fan pretend!
