Ok.. I'm being bugged to update my journal. Guess I shouldn't disappoint the princess. I have a feeling there will be good reason for treating her royally over time. 
Life's been kicking me around so hard lately and I just don't feel like writing a bitch letter about how shitting things have been lately. Doesn't seem like something someone would be interested in reading. Suffice it to say, I need meaningful employment and needed it a long time ago. Kind of stressful wouldn't you say? The rest I'll leave to your imagination. Just thing of my American Dream being directed by Tim Burton.
At least there are lots of interesting moments... 
What I need to do is give up on my old career and just find a new one. Hard to let go of the salaries that are paid if a job or contract is landed, but I'm tired of chasing jobs that dissolve before I can start them. But what will I do? I think that will be the main subject of my journals... Where will I go and what am I doing to get there??
Photography is something I've always been good at. I did video professionally before heading into computers full time. If I can get the right equipment and some practice in I might be able to make a go as an independent tech/camera man. Photography along rarely brings in enough money, but perhaps the two together will make a career? Now all I need to do is build up a portfolio and resume. Need models for that. Anyone want some professionally shot candids for their SG page? I'll trade the model release for the shoot.
OK. There's a direction. Now I need to make it work.
Sailing sailing.. Tomorrow I should be sailing... I was supposed to bring a date, but couldn't find one. Not sure what time we're heading out tomorrow. Not my boat and I don't know if Jef's date is still on. Might just be the guys so maybe the tiki bar will get more of our time than the boat? Oh well. Maybe next time we can load the boat with naked SG girls? That would be fun.
Now to go see if I can write something coherent in other journals as I'm told I should do to get to know people.
