And people come into my work to ask for directions and never say thankyou... rant over!

I hate rude people in the supermarket. No one wants to be there for aaaages, but a little courtesy costs nothing.

That sucks about the redundancy: having your role changed with no idea what it will be is uneasy, as is being piggy in the middle with the other members of your team.

Good luck with the article, I find writing relaxing and fun.
