grr - I haven't even been in this flat for two months & already the central heating's about to breakdown. we also have a problem with the plumbing [I won't describe the problem as it's rather long-winded].

And yes, you're exactly right... landlords are complete barstards most of the time! I lived in my last flat for an entire year and they still didn't fix the heating! I hope yours gets sorted soon... don't want you been all chilly!
