Had the impacted teeth myself. Useful things - salt wash after every meal (gross, but works) and the antibiotics are available online from the good old US of A. You may find you might need to order some.
The doctor asked me if I wanted local or general anasthetic to have mine taken out. I replied that I may be blonde, but I wasn't that stupid.
