So I started my healthy eating this morning and my exercising, I really want to loss weight more then I ever have. I feel like I'm just getting bigger and bigger. I want to look and feel good for once in my life. I know I hold back from doing certain things bc I don't like the way my body is I want to live my life. just for every day to day, and especially with my Disney and Vegas trips coming up I want to look good and do what I want to do with out holding back. I just work so hard trying to loss wight and I loss like 5 pounds and then it stops its so discouraging. I really am going to try to stick to it this time.

I was at 226 when I started and am now at 217.5, but I wanna get down to below 200 if not 195.
So that would be about 30 pounds.....
But it's mostly about being healthy and feeling good.
If you do that, the way you look will follow....
But you already look great.
I wanna be a skinny bitch too!
