Emergency vets it just too much show for me.

Really, It's nuts how I react to this show.

So there was this cat right and the cat was having trouble giving birth, right, and so they were like "C SECTION"

So they wanted to have the cat spayed anyway so they just took out the uterus and started popping out kittens.

The nurse was like "These kittens are dead" and I'm like "DAMMIT" and the doctor is like "Give it time! The anesthetic takes a little while to wear off on kittens, they're not like puppies" and I'm like "Whew"

And so they're doing all this stuff to wake up the kittens. Sucking amniotic fluid out of the airway and rubbing them with terrycloth towels (Terrycloth is similar to the mother's tongue) and I'm like "oh dear" and then this one nurse was like "THIS ONE'S BREATHING" and I'm like "HOLY CRAP" and they spend the next five minutes giving this kitten CPR and Colene Busbey was like "w00t" and I was like "L00t!" and then you hear a little mew and I'm like "YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"

And then there was that moment when I kinda stepped outside of myself and saw an eighteen year old sitting in his room watching animal planet and getting really jazzed.


I need a job.
