So, it's been a month since I last posted. Holidays are done, 2012 isn't brand-spanking new, and it's off to a good start. Not great, but better then the last few. Hope everyone reading is enjoying themselves thus far this year.
Got some stuff lined up for when I get out. Buddy of mine is looking to get a few games rolling, airsoft centric, but the occasional Friday night get-together.
Bought the two most expensive parts for my camping expeditions thanks to gift cards from my dad and his girlfriend. Speaking of which, she's a nice person.
Tomorrow or Tuesday I should be turning in the paperwork to get a firearms id. Jersey's all sorts of tight-assed about gun laws.
Wednesday I'm going into NYC to get more ink done. Should have gotten it done in September, but my family wanted the dog-and-pony show again. Which is why I'm glad to be getting out. Whole fuckton less of that.
Thursday I'm going to see a Devils game against the Bruins. Can't wait. It's been a solid two years since I've been to a game. And I've got damned good seats. Pricey, but worth it. I'll be like 6 rows behind player benches. And I'll be going with a friend I haven't seen in several years.
Speaking of friends I've not seen in years, Friday I'm meeting up with a bunch of friends I've not seen in 10 years. Tried seeing them back in September, but I arrived 3 days too late. We're all going out to the dive bar we used to drink at.
Saturday will be a recovery day with my dad and his girlfriend. And Sunday I go back to Bragg.
