I've been supposed to buy new glasses for about 2 months now. That's how long my current ones have been held together with tape. There's been nothing stopping me from doing so, except my lame excuse "but I work all day every weekday!"

Ahh yes, because there are no glasses stores in Edmonton that are open past 5PM on a weekday, or *gasp*, on a weekend.

I just fucking hate going shopping for glasses. I don't know what looks good on me at all, even though I'm quite sure that almost anything looks good on me. I have that natural beauty you know.

Anyways, the last time I went to buy glasses I made the girl who works at the store pick them out for me, looking back, I'm pretty sure she worked on commission, because those were very expensive, but I'll pay ANY price to shift the responsibility of picking out something that goes on my face every day to someone other but me.

Anyways, now that I have some days off for Christmas, I've realized that I can no longer put it off with my same excuse, so as soon as I get up the guts to shower, it's off to the mall with me. Probably to spend way more money than I'm comfortable with.

Yeehaw. Look how happy I am about this situation. Tape really isn't so bad.
