well, life shits on me oce again 
went out tonight (last night) with said girl from befores journal post, and , well, to put it simply, i aws such a silly fuck not to tell her i basically love her, that i watched her get off with a great mate of mine who didnt know the score, and then after actually crying and drowning my sorrows with alot of double JD, i let her walk away with him, then sent semi abusive txt saying well i was gonna ask you out, but after seeing you better with said other lad, i know i aint got a chance in hell, well if i reply itll be after i come back from cheltenham.
i feel so fucking shit mostly cause
a) i wanna apologise/hopefully stay on good terms with this lady
b) getting train to cheltenham today after 0 hours of sleep
c) really wanna apologise/cry to/ kiss said girl again. but after tonights antics i probably wont ever have the chance :'(
ah well, only a couple of hours til the train, i could go to her work and apologise, or be my usual shit-scared selfand back away n go to cheltenham without apologising

Make things as easy for yourself as possible - time off is the way to go. If it's hurtin, it won't go away if you try to distract yourself, but you can at least put it on the back burner for a while -- that or confront things in a relaxing environment.
