well, its been a while....

and im back once again on good ol' SG!!

gonna update more laters, but here's a quickie since i was away.

2)band played around north east

okays, im back from Cheltenham, n what a week it was!!!

I agree with Yorkie. Could have been worse though, you could have been bomb dodging with us all day yesterday, I could get in contact with my mates (all of us were supposed to be in the Aldgate) for hours. Thankfully we were ok but it was a sad, sad day.

Make things as easy for yourself as possible - time off is the way to go. If it's hurtin, it won't go away if you try to distract yourself, but you can at least put it on the back burner for a while -- that or confront things in a relaxing environment. smile
