The weekend!
Not that this really belongs on SG - but I figured I should at least force myself to start blogging here. I spent the weekend camping, and it was almost everything it could be. I fished (and caught nothing, which is 100% fine with me - it was something to do while standing near a river all day!) - I cooked on a new 20" wide pan, and had too much beer, and I got nearly no sleep. Really, everything camping should be.
The only thing I fucked up on was forgetting my camera. I LOVE to take pictures (see my album, as an example) - and I was 2 hours away from home before I realized I had forgotten it.
Not having my camera made me do other things (which was fine), but there were some amazing things to see. A bald Eagle that apparently hunted next to where we were, a fox of some variety (awesome!), and tons and tons of little plants - my favorite thing to take pics of (next to nudes, which I have had no opportunity to do since I was in school 8 years ago).
Alas, no outdoor sex either - my gf was working and could not join. Too bad

I wish I had come out to visit. Maybe if you guys do some LARPing out east - it would be fun to try it one day. If I can let go of the reality part
