Hey we need you to learn basically everything about all the jobs in our career field. While doing so i need you to work 12-15 hour shifts. Also I need you to volunteer on your days off, as well as go to school. Did I mention we need you to come in on your days off to work because other people are unreliable. Congratulations we trust you because you have surpassed all of your peers. We need you to learn even more, go to school more, and volunteer more. Oh also we still need you to come in on your days off. We are really just trying to help your career... 20 years of this no fucking way. I'm burnt out at 4 years, its rare that i'm legitimately happy anymore.
