Nothing new today...Well, sort of; but nothing new at work. I get so bored here all the time. I'm going to see Steve at Stigmata in Guelph today, as apparently, he has made some progress on the middle portion of my sleeve. He's had my rough drawing and ideas for a good 3 months now and I was beginning to think he'd forget about me. Good thing, because I was about to cash my tax return and that would not last long.

I saw Franz Ferdinand last night in Toronto...Meh.
I'm going to see Mclusky on the 17th and Ted Leo & The Rx on the 21st and then SGB on the 24th! I've got company for the latter, but would love to have someone join me for the two former events.

I went to church last night...I've never really been before (outside of Christmas time with my family). It's this place in Waterloo called The Embassy and it's for youth...they had a band and a young pastor (who said "I hate" a lot in his sermon) and kids wore hats inside. I went with this friend of mine who's been bugging me about it forever, "Come on man, give it a chance!"...I'm unchanged. But I will give it this; it was entertaining. His analogies were bang on but some of his Biblical interpretations were skewed to appeal to youth. He did make a good parallel with Evolution vs Creation, though...About how the world we know was created by God in 7 days. Not the world as it's mass, chemical make-up or any such thing; but life, heaven and man were created. So that had my attention up until he started bashing Shakespeare, then I stopped listening.

Then I watched Mulholland Dr. again...I love that movie. I keep figuring more and more things out every time I watch it. Not nearly as fun as Memento to think about, though.

My Beck collection just reached a pinnacle last night, thanks to some received mail. I finally have my very own copy of the Steve Threw Up 10. I think its a healthy non-sexual obsession I have going on. I mean, I own every full length released on CD x 2 (one still sealed and one for listening), literally countless 7 / EPs / 10 / 12-45s / tapes, All LPs but Golden Feelings on 180g vinyl and a few autographed articles and t-shirts...fuck...thats normal, right?

I think Ill take and early, long and un-punched lunch nowwhat say you?
