Expectations suck. For example. I work hard to gain respect from my co workers, but since i am a simple, kind person who dosent use insults as a social platform of secretly expressing my feelings saftly without exposing the true me, im being sarcastic btw....

I hate it how people will make fun of you publicly, but praise you privately. are they so insecure with them selves that they cant praise you in front you others?! I do it, if anything it makes me feel like a better man.
