This is it!
THIS was the month that SG RESURRECTED itself!!!
After about six months of mediocrity, the website was returning to the quality of its storied past.
The month was February 2009.
This resurrection got underway thanks to @prussia and her inspired set Ghost World .
This one is really well-done!
Check it out.
Things rose to a higher level with @miro in Le Bain .
This damn-near-perfect set should satisfy anyone who likes a delicate, pink areola.
Very fucking good!!
Things kept rolling with @sarianna in The Body Shoppe .
Here was a Hopeful who took the time and energy to BE CREATIVE and to find an artful photographer.
She never went Pink, but this is a damn-fine set!
Then the nukes started dropping.
It was my pleasure to yesterday tip @salliss on her perfect set Those Prying Eyes .
Good GAWD.
Those titties would have Zeus drooling over them!!!
Quality stayed high with @vesta in Swing Life Away .
This absolute shot of sunshine and joy will have you believing in miracles.
What a sunny blast of excellence!!
Also very good was @erica20 in Never Going Home… .
It was her one and only set for SG.
This Hopeful had some fantabulous boobs!!
She shoulda stuck with it.
Quality continued to satisfy with @jennyzoe in Easy Like Sunday Morning .
Here, on the other hand, is a Suicide Girl who made but one set.
She coulda been a fuckin’ star!
This set is AMAZEBALLS!!
And yet, after one, she had had enough (for some reason).
The next nuke I had the pleasure of tipping yesterday (remember, Tipping is not just a city in China) is Pixie Hollow starring @ginjer .
Good gawd almighty, her massive mammaries were verging on watermelons or something.
Fucking astounding!!!
Quality stayed high with @dixy in Violet in Hollywood .
If you like pale gals with vibrant, purple hair (who wouldn’t?!?), this set is for you.
Wonderful contrasting, POPPING photographs!!
The images reach out and MAKE you engage with them (due to a deft wielding of LIGHT, shadow, and COLOR).
Another nuke FORCED me to tip it.
Said explosive device is Natural Sparkles by @monna .
It was her debut.
She only made two sets as a Suicide Girl.
But this Latina (?) invaded the hive with this honey-drenched masterpiece!!!
Around this era, we were starting to see more Latina babes make sets.
Likewise for the luscious black girls.
This awesome diversity of African-Americans and even Latin babes from Central and South America made SG into that which we know and love today—a veritable global village of tits and ass.
But we were not done with February 2009 (or it was not done with us).
Adding to the delicious carnage was @july who laid waste with her incendiary set Cuddle .
The redheads always make me fall in love.
I like my green tea like I like my women: gingered.
The significant aspect of this set is its SMART use of a light blue.
Any redhead will tell you that blue is a good color for them.
Pastel blues and greens.
Sky blue sky.
And July was properly supported by this judicious minimalism of colors (very Scandinavian or perhaps even Japanese) as well as a smart use of bright, PROFESSIONAL lighting.
Don’t skimp on lighting.
Sunlight can work fine.
If your photographer knows what the fuck they are doing.
Don’t assume they do.
Ask questions.
Have a plan.
Talk to your photographer before your shoot.
Tell them what you want.
But also listen to them.
Whoever you end up with, you must try and be on the same page.
Make sure they understand what you would like out of your set.
ENVISION your set.
In your mind.
And make sure you listen to their concerns and the information they provide regarding what your budget will allow.
Lights are expensive.
Cameras are expensive.
Lenses are expensive.
Artistry is priceless.
Find an artist.
They will give you good stuff…even if all they have to work with is a disposable camera.
There were more nukes dropped.
I was skint by this point and could not afford to tip anymore.
The first massive fireball was Death of a Wiseman by @sedora .
This one cock-blocked me from tipping it anyhow.
I don’t know how she can still be a Suicide Girl in good standing and simultaneously have her tip function turned off.
Unless perhaps her information is incorrect.
Anyhow, Death of a Wiseman was a perfect debut.
Notice we were having new blood infused into the site at this point.
This, I think, somewhat explains the resurgence of quality.
Sedora has some dreamy jugs.
A must-see!!!
Always-dependable bomber @chloe dropped her payload over the site with the perfect Flamingo Wasteland .
When you got breasts like that, you kinda got it made.
As a nudie model.
Kinda like being a 7-footer in basketball.
There will always be work for you.
You’ll always have a position.
You fulfill a need.
Makes it hard on the gals with itty bitty titties.
But don’t count out the underdogs.
More than one thing can make a woman sexy.
More redhead mayhem soon arose with @toribell in Mount Dora .

Lastly, we have @tamari in Samurai Girl .
This Hopeful had areolæ as artful as a Hokusai.
And her set is SMART in its use of Japanese trappings.
This took effort.
And the photography was excellent!
She tried many times.
Quite a few sets.
And she never went Pink.
But we remember her.
And we salute her.
