aside from the media guide i'm assembling, i'm putting together the appearances for the ribbon cutting ceremony and trying to deal with some foolish drama that's come to a head. actually this drama is far beyond foolish as a publicist for a mid-major adult company has gone as far as to challenge my integrity. thankfully, the VP's i work for have quickly stepped up in my defense but i'm still pretty steamed that i've been called out.
i'm a pretty laid back type of person and tend not to get bothered by a lot of things. but this shit is really under my skin. in this public relations game, i don't have much beyond my reputation in the industry and with the media. and for someone to point me out and call me a liar or incompetent is very hurtful, especially when i always make every effort to be courteous and respectful.
