i am exhausted and hungry and in Barranca, Peru at The Point Hostel. Traveled ALL DAY AND NIGHT with nowhere to flop my head to sleep. There is no food anywhere at this time of night so I resorted to eating somebodys leftover boiled potato fragments in the veggie strainerhere at the hostel. I was really hungry man! what a scavenger! they only had one of us booked and so we are in separate rooms for tonight only. there is a beautiful outside courtyard and the beach is right across the street. it was hard to see what is really looks like around here since it was dark when we arrived but i got the impression of adobe, graffitti, abandoned half finished buildings, informal city....moist air...<ill write more tomorrow...
