The crazy roller coaster that has been my life is finally mellowing out. Miguel and I have been hanging out and are friends again. You can't spend 5 years with somebody as close as we were and then cut them out of there cold turkey. I still think communes are the way to go...everyone loves everyone and shares the love all the way around. In MY commune anyway
It's almost time to leave for Peru! Can't wait. Bought a sweet 5 lb tent but am going to take it back and just bring my sleeping bag and sleep under the stars.

good luck to you in peru. my brother just got back from there. he says he had such an amazing time. he was blown away by the beauty. i was too when he showed me the pictures he took. he said he didn't use any of his cold weather gear so sleeping under the star sounds like a splendocious idea.
