I'm back and still high from the class 3 rapid I paddled this morning in a kayak. 18 days in the Grand Canyon!
We just rolled in to Flagstaff and are still sandy and windblown, we took a million pictures and slept under the stars for nearly 3 weeks. The longest I have ever spent continuously outside, it was incredible and beautiful and took my breath away. Adrenaline every day on the rapids, I'm a kick ass river woman now and Miguel paddled a huge raft through some crazy rapids and was an amazing oarsman
