This is the fun time.....editing photos, choosing our very favorites, picking dates to leave and come back, where to stay, which size, what frames.....what SHOES! Oh wait, that doesn't matter

Web address coming soon of the gallery andnowmiguel's show will be at in Manhattan.

We took our pretty kitty tarquin for a car ride today. Miguel has been doing that lately. Tarquin is depressed and he loves car rides. We thought at first that he was sick and spent about $700 last month in vet bills trying to figure out what was wrong with him. No appetite, growling at our other little kitten - not wanting to play, not bathing himself, not wanting to be touched, losing weight. Anyway, all his tests came out ok. We even changed vets thinking they were missing something. But then we started to realize that maybe what is wrong with him is not physical but emotional. He is a Bengal. These cats are far less domesticated, with fewer generations going back before you hit the wild cat. We're starting to figure out that he likes his own space away from our other cats and is more affectionate to us when he has us to himself. He likes real food and barely tolerates cat food. For example yesterday we were eating Butternut squash soup with bread and he was going CRAZY for it....so we're just working it out everyday, figuring out what he needs to be happy. I've never had an emotional animal in my life like this and I've been around domestic and farm animals of all varieties my whole life.
Before I go, here are some pics from Garconne fashion show last month and the Del Rey in Seattle.

andnowmiguel, Erika and I went to Friesen Gallery on Friday night. I was especially impressed by the glasswork of William Morris. Very fastasy yet mythic. Loved his stuff. The price for one of his pieces starts at around 30,000 so I decided I'll set my sites on his book Mazorka with huge rich photos of his works.

That's cool about Tarquin, I have a female cat that is heavy on the emotional-needy side too and she is awesome! Wasn't at first but we overcame some personality challenges--she is in my lap right now helping me write this . . .
