listening to a little bossa nova, looking at the computer through red, squinty eyes. life is good.

had a fabulous week. hung out with sorcha going to museums, movies, and resturants like a tourist. which is a good reminder of what a kick ass city i live in. sadly i get into a routine of things i do and places that i go and shut out too much stuff that is happening 'cause i feel like it will always be there so there is no rush.....so i never go.

i get laid off pretty much once a year for a few months and usually just sit around my apt. this time i have gone to the art institue, shedd aquarium, and the museum of science and industry, i have also seen a burlesque show and made it to brew and view. and its only been a few weeks.
