My group has been a total disaster all week. So today I had this genius solution-- bring in my guitar! all the kids were in awe and shut up for like an hour and even sat quietly taking turns strumming it! Amazing!
The other disaster all week has been my ridiculous crush on one of the girls that works with the horses. She has long black hair and this awesome silver streak, even though she's like twenty, and she is just reallly positive and funny and beautiful. But since I've been hanging out at horses so much, the guy who works down there totally thinks I like him, despite the fact he has a girlfriend. Lame. Guys act so stupid and cocky when they think you like them.
Still getting ready for atlanta, all of a sudden I'm really nervous that I'm fatter/ more sunburned/ zittier than last time he saw me. I'll just repeat the mantra one of my girlfriends told me last year: I'm precious! And so are all of you!
