Went out to the cottage yesterday, did a little motocross riding with the boyz, took a serious bail and now having some real trouble walking. My back hurts so much that I'm only comfortable when standing up, if anyone has any ideas how I can fix this little problem then please let me know. I think I just bruised it real bad.

your right we do!! thats cool i dont know too many people with the same b day as me. so... your from montreal eh? i love that city, it is my favorite in canada as of yet.
Just finished a crazy weekend at the annual Toronto Tattoo Convention, all was good, saw some friends, got some of my work touched up. Did too much drinking and as a result too much trouble. All in all a great time.
