Well that was fun, a very nice refreshing...no actually not refreshing, how can it be refreshing to walk around the capital and a busy beach town in the hottest and most humid weather you've ever known...but anyway bar the heat, it was really cool to get a break from all this place, known as Newcastle...to the experts home of rotten stinking pop culture and high alcohol intakes...I mean things always are better everywhere you look, but then you realise you're focusing on bits and pieces, the bad bits about where you live and the good bits of where you're visiting, everywhere is as bad as anywhere, they just have different reasons behind the criminality.

So I'm now back in Newcastle facing upto the grey humidty, and of course I was working when we had a storm so didn't get to see the electronics that the gods out do the Japanese with. All the wrong girls look at me, especially the cute ones who are with their boyfriends but you know that someday the flood will come, or even just a puddle either way I'll stop being a love sick geek for all of a few moments of happiness.

Trust Henry Miller to write something as colourful as Opus Pistorium, I mean it's not the best thing to read when sitting next to old dears on the bus, especially when your body reacts to that rainbow of decadance. Plus it gives you a slight itch, which ain't helped by the fact you've had an itch for two months and few weeks, and that just makes you more aware of the itch.
