Hello you wonderful and amazing people!
I'm off work for the next 5 weeks, so without work to talk about I may be boring.
The price of my career is this occasionally shutdown period. But I'm thankful for the life. Last weekend was Valentines Day, a day to remember plus it is Mardi Gras here in Louisiana! The whole state is full of celebration and life. Also, it was my older brother's birthday as well as my father's! Ah good times.
But I do have some sad news, my girlfriend is now my ex again. I rarely give second chances and am reminded why. It hurts but I know that it is for the best and I wish her much happiness as well as good health. The fault is mine just as much as it is hers, we were foolish to think that things could change. Although I am so proud of the progress she has made, just saddened by the things that did hold us back.
But today is the start of a new goal! I will work out more, go fishing, go hunting! I will make this downtime a positive thing! Shreveport, Louisiana will host its first Comic Con next weekend! It is time to live a happy life, who's with me?!
