I hope everyone had a very happy thanksgiving.
I spent my thanksgiving at David's next door neighbors' house. Sort of an extended family situation. It was david, myself, david's dad, then the next door neighbors (the Mullins), their son (david's best friend), his girlfriend, their daughter, her 2 kids, Mr mullins' kids from his first marriage and a few other people whom I had no idea how they fit. But whateves. Lots of food. So good.
Although, as I told alyk, "I spent my after dinner watching "Racing Stripes"....ya know...about a fucking RACING MUTHAFUCKIN ZEBRA. Oh, and constantly being introduced by his extended family as "David's special friend" which makes me sound like either his tranny lover or i'm all The Other Sister or some shit."
Oh, and they are quite Christian so before dinner, they all hold hands around the table and Mr Mullins prays. Like, to Jesus. And it makes me nervous because I'm like "I wonder if he knows there's a christ killer here! OMG JEW!" and fear that if he found out he'd say "everyone is going to join hands. Except Stephanie. She can stand on the patio until we are done". And then I just end up singing the Three's Company theme song to take my mind off it.

but I spend most of my time up around the medical center. that's where my best friends that I usually stay with live and my dad lives up there.
