After a hearty late night dinner, the boy is asleep next to me, Game 3 of the World Series playing on the tv. The dog is asleep next to his feet. I am leaving the dishes in the sink until morning.
New love, full of sunday brunches and afternoon movies, all night pub crawls and moonlight drives, is wonderful. Comfortable love where you can just relax at home on a Saturday night is even better. It is the simple things that make me fall more in love with him every day.
