I like to get myself something cool for my birthday. I'm at that age where people don't really get you gifts. They just get you drunk which is, ya know, awesome but...yeah.
Last year I bought myself DJ lessons. I now have a new skill that I can use to...well....dj a great party. But whatever. I can dj. properly. And I think only one person on my friends list can do that.
So. yeah. that was 29. This year? 30. yeah. wow.
So, today, when I checked my myspace messages, I saw what HAS to be the best birthday gift ever.
There is a photo studio here in town called 666Photography. Check their shit out. It's amazing.
So, today, I see this message:
Hi Ladies! This is going to be completely over the top!!!! We are going to be doing a Sexy Lion Tamer "For a day" High Concept shoot with a life size lion!!!!!
It is going to be awesome and is a great opportunity to take part in a 666 high concept shoot. We will have a huge set (going to be shooting it in the downstairs studio since it is going to be so huge! Luckily it will be cool by then!).
This lion is 5 feet long and 4 feet tall and can be posed on! We will have a handpainted backdrop and a built set to make this the coolest vintage circus lion tamer shoot EVER! We will have awesome top hats, cuffs, props, costumes and did I mention a LIFE SIZE LION! WHEE! If you liked our circus mini horses shoot, you will love this! You are going to feel like you are in the vintage big top!
Lisa Naeyaert will be doing the hair and makeup! We have some awesome avant garde ideas to make this Lion tamer shoot super theatrical and completely over the top! If you have been to a shoot lately, you'll know I have been talking about this shoot nonstop cause it is going to be soo cool, and BIG!
So yeah. Happy birthday to me. hopefully
Still waiting to make sure I got a spot. I wrote them about 25 minutes after they posted. They have just 12 spots so keep fingers crossed.
