I rarely post blogs mainly because I'm crap at it but i feel the need to rant about my flatmate. She's my ex girlfriend so that makes things awkward for a start, we own the flat and she has decided to make me sell it.
I don't want to do this as i like the place and don't want to move. Only prob is I can't afford it on my own. So after legal threats I have agreed to sell it.
After I got an estate agent round who valued the flat and we agreed to go with them, I checked with my flatmate who was sat listening that she was OK with it all and she agreed, we signed the contracts and then a few days later she emailed me to because she was surprised to work out we had signed us with this estate agent. I really don't know what she thinks she was signing if it wasn't a contract. She isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.
She has tried to cancel the contract without using the word cancel and so the contract wasn't cancelled. She is blaming me for her own inability to do stuff. Now she won't have anything to do with selling the flat even though she is forcing me to sell it. She sucks ass massively. She even said tonight that she never made me sell it, I thought the threat of legal action was a strong indicator she was making me sell the place. TWAT!!!!
Other than that I'm really good, got a weekend in Prague coming up this weekend so if any of the girls out there who went on the trip recently can suggest good places to go then let me know.
Missed a trip to a donkey sanctuary with work today because my boss said no even though her boss had said yes, that did suck as it would have been cool hanging out with donkeys, if you like mud and animals anyway.
