Lankakitten and I have been playing tennis lately at our apartment's court. Ho ho ho. First heated seats in the car, and now tennis. Next week you'll be watching us making snarky observations about the hoi poloi, saying things like, "They really should sterilize the poor, my dear. Please pass the gin."
So anyway, maybe "playing" tennis is a strong word. It's been more like, "playing at" tennis. We hit the ball to each other, rather than away from each other, and it seems to work better. We cheer when we get more than three volleys back and forth.
Last weekend, we hung out with Tawnya and played Scrabble. She's awesome. She says things like, "Hey, come over and hang out." And we go, and have a good time.

I'm a member of the Straight Dope Message Board (where I occasionally lurk), and an active user of Reddit (where I mostly talk shit about link submissions and down-vote everything related to politics or bad science.)
