what have i been doing then?
went out on saturday to a friend's barbeque and got horrifically smashed. of course, it was a family barbeque, so i managed to say cunt in front of his grandparents about four times. but i refrained from hitting on his little sister's friend who was giving me the come on. i don't think i'm quite low enough for jailbait yet. then off to someone's house where i did coke til i passed out. shows how long i've been off the beers, innit, where even south america's best can't keep me awake... still it's a good sign. my ability to take the beer has dropped hugely, which for someone who could do three day binges six months ago ain't too bad.
still no work. the agencies aren't getting it to me and i don't think i can pay the rent. this isn;t good.
apart from that, i'm ticking along. been working on my poetry a lot. i think i've got enough now to put a collection together. not sure what the next step is though.

Hope you get a job soon, the summer is always a nightmare for work cos all the students want it as well.
