and a good way to live by...Well, that's the snow on again.......just when I thought it was safe to get back out on the bike!
Felling a lot better now, cut my stitches out at the weekend, they were really cutting into me so they had to go.
Even managed a quick scoot on my bike, that was nice!
Back to the grind now, trying to put a website together.

Stitches suck. I once had to get stitches in my back and after i got them out i bent down to put on my shoe and my skin tore again so back i went for more!! euch 
Well, just got out of hospital today, two lovely little tumers removed from down below.
Had a glass of wine to ease out the evening, feels like I've been kicked in the nuts !!
Gonna have to take it easy for the next couple of days I reckon.
