Sorry I know i been MIA for a while.lol but I have been busy helping with my cousins wedding in Rochester NY, everything went well. Maybe i will post some pics later... Interesting sidenote... it was a swingers event going on in the hotel last night too 
I have to meet my new HOPEFUL land lord and his wife for lunch tomorrow... Hoping everything goes well with that. I thought that was a lil different, but cool at the same time, atleast i know they actually care lol.

yeah things look great, very cool and cute couple! Will love to have them as my landlord. We are in price negotiations, i gave them a couple of comps. but even if they don't come back lower, I am stll 99% sure I am going to take the unit... Then I will officially be a West Loop Yuppie lolol HAHA NEVER!!
