I just came back from a cousin's bridal shower, it wasn't the kind of shower where they hire these strippers with the amazing body, it was the kind of shower with the grandmother's, great aunts, stuck up cousins, china and silverware... 
the food sucked, but dessert was yummy, and i got to wear this cute beige skirt and my brown fishnets with my spiky heels

btw marriage is SO spooky... all of my cousins are 1 year appart, and i'm "next" on the list, after this one that gets married in march
of course my other cousins were saying "dey you're next! get married so WE can get married" to what i said 'i dont mind being skipped"... the whole spending my life with someone and sharing love and pain is good, sounds nice, it's something i'm certain i want, what i don't want is the pain of someday losing that... 
... so i'll just rather be skipped until i find that person i know i'll share grandchildren with... oh, and children, that is a whole other story better left for another journal entry
