I'm waiting for my cousin and his wife to pick me up, we are going to a small town in Tamaulipas, Mx for a baby cousin's baptism. My whole family will be there. they were supposed to pick me up at 12 so we could get there early, (5 hour drive) but it's already 3 and no sign of them anywhere... i should be back by sunday night.
Today my kids had my final exam, i already checked and graded the exam with the help of most of the 9th grade teachers and a few fellow 7th grade teachers, it was record breaking, in 30 minutes we had 150, 7 page exams totally graded... i love teamwork, i`m gonna take a cake to school on monday as a thankyou
i've never worked in a place with so much estrogen, it's amazing... you get either gossip and temper tantrums, or great friendship and cooperation... it could go either way... to me it's just something totally new, i never worked on a female dominated job before... quite a trip that is...
how did my kids do you ask? some did REALLY well. some did REALLY bad... i had 100s and i had 20s... to the 100s i congratulate and worship their dedicatin,.. to the 20s, oh well, lets just say their parents are gonna deal with them and summer school jeje

Enjoy the ceremony, hon...They can be fascinating. I've found that often students who do poorly are either too smart for the standard curriculum or have other problems, socializiation or physical.. I've worked in lots of jobs that are largely female run, too. The last 9-5 type job I had was 80% female. I liked it alot, was well treated and respected, but communication higher up in the company was severely lacking, and they gave 1/3 of their employees the axe...
