Not much is new, I saw Life aquatic last night and I thought it was pretty good. It's not quite as good as Rushmore or Bottlerocket but really, if you compare it to just about anything else being played in the theatres today it's casablancas. It's good to see Bill Murray still in taking good parts though. Acting seems to be one of the few artistic mediums where people, if anything, seem to get better with time. With music however most artists seem to putter out creatively in their mid 30's. I wonder why that is?

I also finished taking down all the christmas related junk in my house today, because the year isn't officially over until I toss a tree off the back porch. Happy new year!
