I've really fucked up my back, not sure what I 've done but it hurts like fuck!
Super strong pain killers and a bottle wine and it still hurts like fuck, one of the many disadvantages of being old.

It's finally stopped raining here in the UK, the weather here is more like winter than summer, pissing with rain and freezing fucking cold.

I've got the whole weekend off work, first time in months. Going to chill out today, then going into London tomorrow to spend some serious money, need new clothes and music and beer.

The sun is out, I've got the day off, I'm going for a country walk and then to the pub!
