I got a promotion today, completely out of the blue and unexpected!
More money
No more working weekends.
No more working Bank Holidays
No more working with my ex-girlfriend
No more wearing a shitty fucking uniform.

I think I might have a celebratory drink. smile

The first place didn't even need waitresses (which contradicts what their site says) and the second place said I didn't have enough experience. I may not have worked in the food industry for the past 3 years, but I think I can handle carrying beers and food that comes in styrofoam containers over to tables -_-
