I had the idea when I was 18 and at uni. 6 years on I have a more sensible head and ability to fund it so am aiming for it to be open in about 2 years time because I want to get it right x

Good news at last!
My chest infection has nearly cleared up and i'm feeling better with more energy. My mother is out of hospital, still very weak bit at least she's home. As a thank you for visiting and nursing her over Christmas she has bought me a 37" High Definition TV, I didn't want her to spend her money but she insisted.

Here's a summary of my Christmas:
Spent most days visiting my mother in hospital, caught a severe chest infection, slipped on the ice and broke my toe, couldn't go shopping so had cheese on toast for christmas dinner.
The only positive thing was somebody bought me a Family Guy box set.
