The chickpeas you can use tinned ones for even, just rinse and dry them, lay them on some tinfoil or parchment paper on a tray, drizzle with the oil and seasoning, stick in the oven at 200 degrees for around 30 minutes. EAT THEM ALL! Or, uh, at leisure
