Work has been hard but im feeling a million times better for having routine, eating better, not drinking and being in the sun. HOWEVER, this heatwave is a pain in the arse. I can't breathe at night.
So i've tried my best to start a brand new life for the past 6 months and i seriously think i'm doing well now.
I've got a decent job, loyal friends, a huge support on here and all those lovely people that say amazing things to me on the social sites.
All i need is my own place and i'm BALLIN'!!!
i recently found myself helping other people in the place i used to be in 6 months ago. And as much as it pains me to see them in that position, it shows me how much i've come along in my depression and how much better i am personally doing. It's nice to notice, cause your brain doesn't just say "OH HEY!! BTW I"M FEELING BETTER!!" Sometimes it's subtle. But very comforting.
I have my down days but now i'm having much better days and for longer periods of time.
I think i've got a good balance between seeing my amazing friends and family but also getting time alone and to rest.
It feels like i've come out the other side and i can say that i'm happy most of the time.
But it's not all rainbows and puppies. i think there's still a lot to do and to work on.
At least my anxiety is gone! I'm seriously proud of that. No more panic attacks, no more fear of seeing certain people. I'm living my life the way i want it and i feeling great for it.
But i do get bad days too and sometimes i just cry. Maybe thats part of it or maybe im just a big baby!
Anyway, thanks you lovely people if you read this.
