Things are going pretty awesomely as of late. I am currently, again being a guardian to the one I love as she sleeps. I've made dinner and coffee as per her request and yet she fell asleep so I am here with a much-needed update.

Here's the deal. She has a friend who is basically her little sister who as of April 4, 2013 was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She was immediately admitted into the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and the doctor being an amazing doctor admitted she was not familiar with treating this type of Leukemia so they sent her to Denver. She's been there for the last month or so. This girl is only 18 years old and really only wants to walk for graduation. Her case was pretty severe, they were afraid it was in her brain for awhile; also 85% of her bone marrow was infected with the leukemia. She's got a good chance; but because the chemo was SO severe and intense a treatment she has lost her hair already and has no immune system at all, basically and she was supposed to come home this last week but she has pnuemonia. Most of the time pneumonia or some other infection is what can and does kill people who have cancer. This girl is like a sister to my girlfriend and every time we try to talk about her my girl either shuts it down or starts to cry. Seeing photos of her little sis with no hair made her cry harder than I've ever seen. She's a beautiful soul, my girlfriend. Anyway, that said we're trying to do everything we can to raise money to help with just the costs of her family being able to visit her down in Denver (2 hour drive from Cheyene.) I am asking for money once again from SG; but not for myself or my girl but or someone near and dear who really is hanging in there and a figher; but still the comfort of having her family there I'm certain s helping her keep up that fight.

I am posting my paypal account simply because I meant to do a chipin but that site is down, also her family doesn't know yet that I am doing this, I want to do this as a graduation gift for her and I'm certain they don't have a paypal set up as I've asked about it before and been told they're doing more Cheyenne based fundraising, t-shirt sales and such. That said, here is my paypal information, I'm merely asking for a donation of any sort *if* you can afford it.
